Weddings
Refined, rustic and contemporary, Double Barn is an idyllic wedding venue set amidst acres of Gloucestershire countryside. It is a 16th-century barn which has been sympathetically renovated to create a modern yet classic wedding venue. Exclusive use of the barn and its grounds means you have ample space to create your perfect and unique day. Inside the barn, guests can dine and dance under original oak beams and on a modern, polished and heated concrete floor. The barn is bright and airy, and generous windows mean natural light floods through the original barn opening.
It is a family run business, the family have lived there for over 25 years and are delighted to be on hand to make your day the most memorable one
Wedding Package
At the moment we are offering weddings on weekdays and weekends all year round
The package price is £4200 Sunday to Friday and £4700 for a Saturday
Exclusive use of the barn and its wedding grounds (outdoor back and front areas which can be used for marquees and food vans etc) from 9 am to 12 midnight
Set up the day before from midday
30 vintage wooden trestle tables which can sit up to 6 guests each
Use of 200 white folding chairs and 200 wood and metal folding chairs
Cake table
Use of giant fire pit outside and a smaller one with benches to sit around
Use of a staffed Rice horse trailer which has been converted to a bar
Use of a beer trailer which holds up up five kegs
A wedding coordinator who will be contactable prior to the wedding for anything you may need help with. They will also be on hand on the day, and the day before for anything you may need assistance with.

Extra costs
£250 for hire of our field for camping.

Beverages
We have a bar which we can serve spirits/ cocktails/ wine/ soft drinks from on a pay per drink basis.
We also have a beer truck which can hold up to five kegs, which operates on a pay per drink basis.
If you’d like to bring your own table wine , the corkage fee is £250
We can do welcome/ toasting drinks at £3 per drink

Accommodation
We have a two bedroom cottage on Airbnb which is less than a fifteen minute drive to Double Barn.
Cadora Woods Glamping. This family run business is less than half a mile away from Double Barn and offers glamping pods and a one bed annexe with hot tub.

For the family weddings we used Flowers From The Farm and Catherine Gray Flowers to supply beautiful blooms. The flowers were arranged by ourselves and we can provide this service for you if required. More information available on requests.
Food
Cinderhill Farm is a local business that provided catering for our family weddings. They were able to do delicious platters that included home reared wild boar meat and a wide selection of local cheeses and fresh salads.
The Horsebox provide delicious wood fired pizzas in a stylish converted horsebox
Truffles Delicatessen in Ross on Wye provided us with delicious quiches, salads and desserts.
Ffwrenes Pizza do delicious oven fired pizzas
Thai Zabb by Ging are a local business that do delicious fresh, home-cooked Thai food and sushi.
Hair and makeup
Award winning hair and makeup artist Jenna did an incredible job with the wedding hair and makeup and we couldn’t recommend her enough.
Entertainment
Stephen provided fantastic background, easy listening music for before the ceremony and reception.
Mini golf Parteetime provide an excellent and really fun portable mini golf
